Annual membership fees

Hello, members of FOLD – I’m pleased to announce that we finally have a bank account established in our name!  Many thanks to Daniel for his work in adjusting our Constitution to meet the requirements for registration as a tax-exempt organization and to Sebastian for his willingness to file all the paperwork and open the bank account with his own personal funds.

We are now ready to collect annual membership dues.  These funds will provide resources for our committees and task forces as they seek to fulfill FOLD’s mission and strategic plan.  Membership lasts from the April business meeting until the following March.  As a reminder, individual memberships are $30 while institutional memberships (up to 3 voting members) are $75.

Checks can be made out to FOLD (Faith-Based Online Learning Directors) and mailed to: FOLD – Dr. Sebastian Mahfood, Treasurer 5705 Rhodes Avenue, St. Louis MO 63109

If you’d rather pay by credit card you can either email the information directly to Sebastian (smahfood@holyapostles.edu) or fax the information to his secure fax line at (860)866-4403.  He’ll use his Square account to process the payment and send you a receipt.  Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

You can also use PayPal with payment made to smahfood@holyapostles.edu with FOLD dues in the memo line. Add a 4% convenience fee to cover PayPal processing costs.

Please be clear in your payment to indicate the person/persons who are placing membership:  include the name, job title/organization, and email address for each member.  That will help us maintain accurate records.
